Gibson Guitars: From Icon to Toxicon

When I was a kid there was nothing cooler than a Les Paul.



Strats were sleek and hip but Gibson had a mystique or enigmatic 'it' factor that Fender just didn't have.



But, sadly, over the years the Gibson moniker has degenerated to the point that it is synonymous with little more than d-bag collectors and corporate clowns in dad rock costumes.



You're dead to me now, Gibson.
